While living in Nashville, I had the opportunity to flip this wonderful old home. It was built sometime in the 1920's and had been updated very little. This meant that ALL the systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, as well as the plaster walls, had to GO! It was a complete gut. We updated the floor plan, boosted the sagging floors, and stole square footage that was previously unused under the eaves.

I tried to remain true to the original period and style of the home without being too heavy handed so it would be versatile for a variety of homeowner styles. I think I found a nice balance between stylish and versatility. We even managed to save the original floors! Bonus!

It was an amazing experience and the house turned out phenomenal. I'll tag on a few of the "before" pictures on the end so you can see just how far this home came!
